That's my take too. They're only acting that way to be "cool" and "outrageous".

My daughter(16 years old) agrees. Says it IS al about getting attention and that most girls who think they are bi or gay find out the hard way that they aren't, usually while trying to do it just to fit in.

I heard the author interviewed on Laura Ingram's show, and she said it wasn't just for the boys -- sometimes boys weren't even present!

I really think that's alot of it. We started seeing alot of girls w/girls my last year I taught (2 years ago) at our little school. I hear it is even more prevelent now.
