I can't seem to find the picture you describe. All I see is one of Justice (i love it!) Alito walking on the White House grounds.
There was a video of the JUSTICE walking in the rain (his wife had a red umbrella, IIRC) holding hands as they walked away from the camera...saw it on Fox. I'll look around and see if I can find a still.
