Sorry...I love to bash the fat murderer as much as anyone else, but that looks like his index finger, not his IQ finger.

There was a video of the JUSTICE walking in the rain (his wife had a red umbrella, IIRC) holding hands as they walked away from the camera...saw it on Fox. I'll look around and see if I can find a still.
That photo is a perfect example of his true nature(False); a hello for the camera with one hand and a FU with the other.
Don't look Jeff, but behind me it looks like Kennedy has passed out and Kerry seems to be giving him mouth to mouth resuscitation.
Just found out on another thread that Teddy is holding a cane in his right hand, but the darkness of the photo makes it invisible...still, his hand does look suspiciously like he is flipping the bird in his own way!
