NFL players just really need to learn not to carry firearms with them. While I completely support the right of a person to protect themselves, young players with lots of cash just don't have the emotional maturity to probably judge a situation.
An NFL player should always avoid trouble as there is a positive outcome for him. If he wins the altercation he gets sued, if he loses then he gets hurt (Seattle DB) and in either case he usually gets arrested.

The Bengals need to release him. The guy is apparently nothing but trouble.
And BTW, the gun was reported stolen a couple weeks ago also.
