Uh, we're a bit at cross purposes here. 1) I'm a '24' addict, 2) Tonight's episode was right in line, and it was high time that b&st&rd Walt faced Bauer while Bauer was in a bad mood, 3) Preaching to the choir, m'friend; I've argued 'suspension of disbelief' about 24 for about 2 years, 4) Can't believe Bauer didn't even ASK about Mike, who was presumably still in custody, 5) What the devil were the writers 'thinking', putting in that bit about the traitor claiming he's a 'patriot' and that manipulation of weaponised 'nerve gas' is somehow a ploy to guarantee future oil supplies (suspension of disbelief is one thing; staggeringly illiterate geopolitical/economic notions are something else again)?, 6) Lose Audrey; adds nothing except bureaucratic attitude and moping., and 7) ...
WHERE THE H*LL was Chloe tonight? One lousy short scene at the workstation, sheesh!
Maybe you as a "24" expert can help me - a "24" newbie. Who is Nathanson, the bald guy with the telephone who seems to be directing the whole conspiracy? No mention of him on the "official" websites, which is strange as he seems to be a key character.
Traitors do protest too much. Why, I remember Kerry loudly declaiming two years ago, HOW DARE YOU QUESTION MY PATRIOTISM! Its exactly what I expect from a villain. Its all for our own good.
