Ok..but that does not equate to league championships or league championship games because the Packers have won 12 league championships and the Bears have won 9. You are just showing records in the NFL/NFC championship game. Many of the teams that won NFC championship games then went on to lose the Super Bowl. I guess I am saying I am not sure what the relevency of that number is..except to show that the Cowboys get there alot but have a mediocre record in them.

Dallas has been to the NFL/NFC title game 16 times in 45 seasons, they have won 8. The have a 5-3 record in the Super Bowl won (XXX , XXVIII, XXVII, XXII, VI) and lost (V,X,XIII).

The Packers have been around since 1921, before the NFL.
