" I can gain the most points by configuring F@H to fold deadliness WU in batches"

I don't understand the 'in batches' part of this. If you chose deadlineless WU's, they are automatically done in batches, or do you configure the program somehow to run batches?

Gives me some details on how you set this up so I can give it a try.

Look at the graphic in post #44, at the check box right above the "cancel" button. That's all of the configuration that there is. I'm going to try it once [unless I hear otherwise] when I finish my WU on Friday.

RE "batches: I went to the FAQ for FAH, and it didn't specifically mention the "batches" option. It did say this: The default configuration (no flags): the most stable way to run FAH is without any flags and with the default answers to the client configuration settings. One will get a variety of work units. The majority of disease related work units are assigned to clients without any flags.

I'm assuming "no flags" means no boxes checked on the Advanced tab in Configuraion.

On the graphical client, in the advanced tab in the configuration window, at the bottom choose deadlineless AND check "Get and return deadlineless work in batches". That's all I did.

On my PC, I can fold one deadlineless WU (239 - 241 points) in just over a day. If I fold "regular" WUs, I can fold more WUs but they total less points (more like 150 - 200 points).
