Evicting people is extremely hard, from what I've heard. All the laws regarding eviction protect tenants.


It is difficult. I briefly worked for an attorney who did evictions on occasion. You are luck to FINALLY get the person out, but in most cases, you can forget about ever getting any back rent, etc. from the tenant. You have to serve every person who is in the location and they can have a friend, brother, etc, move in after the process has started, and if they are not also served, then the property keeps lingering in the process forever.
