I like the Statler Brothers. :-)
I've got their greatest hits Volume 1 and 2:

That site has Dueling Banjos!!!!

"Foggy Mountain Breakdown" is good, too!
LOL.
I like Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs.
('Nother useless info tidbit; they did the opening theme from "The Beverly Hillbillies.")
Steve Martin played the banjo for this song...he is an exceptional banjo player.

It's a depressing song, but I've been wanting to hear this one lately...

I once heard a story about the song. The songwriter wanted to spell out L-O-V-E, but wasn't having much luck with the song. So he changed it to D-I-V-O-R-C-E.
That is a great song!
LOL!
Even MORE useless info:
Prince Charles is good at playing the banjo.
And they did a good job with it. :-)
LOL!
In fact, they also made appearances on "The Beverly HIllbillies" a few times playing themselves.
They were good musicians, but horrible actors.
I heard this song on the radio a couple of weeks ago, and I laughed soooo hard!

Songs like that are the reason guys like me have so much trouble approaching women.
That is a lovely song.
