If I were a lawyer representing those teachers, I know a strategy that would guarantee all of them getting away with it. Pack the jury with only young single men or divorced men in their 50's. Because every one of them will have fantisized about having teachers like these when they were in high school.

Yep. If that was possible (no prosecution worth its salt would allow a defence team to get away with that) it would work. I remember that back when I was in grade 4-7 we (the boys) would go gaga over some teachers (there was this superhot teacher we called 'dish' ....guess we had oral fixations back then ....and another even hotter one that would literally have all the boys go into a trance when she stepped into a room).

Anyways, I'd bet that jury selection will not be neglected at all by the prosecution (and chances are it will have a good number of middle-aged women).

I'd be careful with that. While young guys would almost definitely vote to acquit because they don't think what she did was all that bad (hell, it wouldn't surprise me if the victim turned out to be a rather sympathetic witness for the defense), middle-aged women might vote to acquit for a different reason: they sympathize with the perp.

Seriously, I'd go older than middle-aged. And stick with women, definitely.

By the way, do you know what the toughest, most pro-prosecution jury is, as far as race and gender goes, in Louisiana? Twelve black women. They will bag anyone. For anything.
