Depends what you want to do.
My understanding is that PS is more geared toward professionals.
But PSP 10 at $57.65 is hard to sneeze at.

I am taking an art & design class
However its an Internet class and I wasn't aware when I signed up that Abode Photoshop CS was required and I don't own it
It defeats the purpose of taking an online class if I have to go down to campus just to do my homework so that's why I was thinking of buying it at such a good price
But you have given me the idea of asking my teacher if he would mind me using PSP to do my assignments!
