Different WU's process at different rates, irrespective of the number of proteins, etc. Some of it has to do with whether the WU is compressed or optimized. I believe that has something to do with how many times it has been run through the process, once they begin getting similar data back on certain ones, they can speed up the process. One of my PCs has been crunching on one WU for about 5 days now.

Thanks. This is a Tinker unit I'm on, and I've heard that they aren't optimized. I've had several Tinkers--none has been as slow as this one. It says the preferred number of days is 11, and I'll bet that's just how long it will take, too. I'll just have to learn patience. I'm going to have to quit checking my progress. =)

PS: I did a restart this morning.
