Broncos vs. Steelers for AFC Championship

Okay, let's get it started in here . . .

Here's my prediction: Broncos win the AFC and play the Seahawks in the Superbowl. Wouldn't it be interesting, to see these old AFC rivals take on each other in the Big Show!?

Whoa! sez the Steelers fan! Not so fast. Okay, here's why I think the Broncos will beat them: Home field advantage, no injuries, they're on a roll, AND, especially, because their record is 13-3 (IN THE AFC WEST) and the Steelers are 11-5. BIG difference.

I love Cowher as a coach, and I have lots of family ties to the Steelers, but the Broncos is headed back to the Super Bowl, baaaaby!!

I don't have much to say about the Seahawks and Panthers. I just think Holmgren's got them where he wants them, the Seahawk fans have finally got that "12th-man" thing down, and, though Carolina's really dominant, I don't think they're good enough to beat the Seahawks right now. What do you think?

'Broncos by at least 10 tomorrow.'
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Broncos were outclassed in every category ... offense, defense, special teams ... by halftime the game was essentially over, excepting some miracle, which with the level of play the Broncos had mustered up to that point was highly unlikely. My bet is the Steelers win SuperBowl XL.

Yep. Steelers beat the crap out of Denver. The defense dominated, the offense was unstoppable (because Cowher out coached Shanahan in the first half and the execution was flawless.) Impressive win.

You'll never catch me makin' excuses . . .

and I'll probably be rootin' for the Steelers (but, since the Seahawks have never won one, it'll be tempting . . .)

Seahawks-Steelers Hmmmmm

The question this 39 year survivor of Detroit (before moving to the 'burbs) would like to know is this -- How many rapes, stabbings, GSW's, robberies, and hijackings won't be reported by the MSM.

Steeler's by 8

... I've seen a lot of teams over the years suckin' wind by mid-4th quarter. Everybody talks about how far the ball travels for kickers there, too. Is that just hype?

I think maybe the officials were showing signs of cerebral-hypoxia-induced-dysfunction in the fourth quarter. The Broncos had a great season and dismantled the defending champion Pats last week. Better luck next year!!!

I don't know about the officials, but I was having vision problems . . . I couldn't believe my eyes! Yikes. The Steelers just manhandled Denver! Well, good luck to them!

Sad about Timmy Smith; wasn't just Timmy Smith who whipped the Broncos, however. So laugh loud and hearty if you like! I am!!

I think the Steelers will win because they got 34 points on the scoreboard and Denver has 17.

I am curious as to the meaning of the Broncos' salute. Can you fill me in?
