BSG, be it the original or new series, can't hold a candle to classic sci-fi originals: Star Trek, UFO, Space 1999.
More often than not, there's better fare on the History Channel than Sci-Fi.

Im sorry, you must be lost. You wanted the bashing thread, not the thread where we think you're full of it.

Nice listing of third rate sci-fi series, fortunately they have been replaced by Stargate and Battlestar. Excellant shows vastly superior to the ones you listed.

Most of the stuff on the History Channel is sci-fi.

Man, you must be on soemthing really, really mind-blowingly good to come up with that list! And you forget to include Babylon 5 as one of the all time classic Sci-Fi shows!
But then again, after reading the BSG DVD reviews on Amazon.com, I guess you are one of the 1 in 20 people that doesn't like the new show. I love it. It finally has real character development, doesn't depend on the techno-babble toy-du-jour to save the day and it doesn't press the reset button before the next episode. But then again, someone has to be buying all the Star Wars pulp lining the shelves at Barnes and Noble.
