Not that I follow that, but I thought this was the description of Scorpio - Good at Lies, also are Manipulative, Secretive and extremely Jealous. Have been known in tribal time to kill and eat the younger attractive members of the same sex to ensure dominant positions in the village. In recent years scorpios seem to celebrate Halloween a bit too much.
