Maybe just disable the alert?

This error can be disabled:

-- In Internet Explorer select ‘Tools’, ‘Internet Options’.
-- Select the ‘Advanced’ tab.
-- Check the option ‘Disable script debugging’ (under ‘Browsing’).
-- For the setting change to take effect close down all Internet Explorer windows and reopen.

Should be checked by default, I believe, but its something to look at.
