Of course...the fretting side of me is still afraid I'm gonna get caught in the whole rent arrangement deal.

You and me both... he has done a lot of work, but there's still a lot left... and remember - it's gone from 3-4 months free to 2 months free if he does a lot of it, so maybe he thinks he's done. He's put a lot into it, with new lighting in every room, the floor in the bathroom is patched and he says he'll put in vinyl tile, so so far, so good.

I've taken some more pictures... of the progress... the good news is the place looks a LOT less depressing. I'll load them full size again so you can see in a minute and FRMail you the link.
