BTW, you should try and get your hands on season one of LOST. It's getting better and better!
Here's muh boy...

There won't ~be~ a Shire, Pippin. ;-)

I wonder if spaghetti squash are easy to grow...I've never done any squash other than zucchini and I have no idea if they're all pretty easy or what.
To: RMDupree
Yeah, yeah. We would total be tempted if not for the fact that we don't think a a wedding in front of Elvis counts as 'before God and Family' and all that. City Hall is all tempting but I could care less if the State witnesses things. Just would not seem like the real thing. Kinda wish I was not picky about that though...

They grow like weeds. The problem is keepin' the bugs from eating them.

Now why would he be covering his head and still not be the slightest bit tanned?

That's what he looked like when they first crashed on the island.
He's much scruffier now. :-)

Yuck...I hate garden bugses.

Are there any really easy and not horribly toxic ways to keep bugs away from plants? That was another problem I had with my tomatoes that one year. There was *one* that actually transplanted OK, but bugs got to it.

What's really cool is how folks have taken the story to next level.
Dom's character in LOST is named Charlie, a heroin-addict and bass player for a mediocre rock band called DriveSHAFT.
Someone went ahead and created a website for the band, complete with tributes to Charlie and missing posters. :-D

I don't. I just remember the plants ended up with holes.
They were really sad plants to begin with, so I guess I just didn't pay as much attention as I should have. Just gave up! ;-)
Oh well. Another time and I'll do better and pay more attention, and I guess maybe I should save bug eradication questions for then, huh?
