OK! I finally decided to mess with my yahoo account and set up some hosting space. Trying it out as a blog for the time being:

I've got lots of leftover email addys, if anybody wants one. Lots. :-)
There will be ~no~ new dog.
Heh...I got two outside mats and two rugs for the doors. He's adopted the rug by the back door.
Frodo and company are at the gates of The Emerald City...
Every dog deserves his own rug...
A rug of his own, someplace where a weary dog can curl up and rest, a place that he call his own...
Yup, right chilly here too. We dodged the ice thing.
Hmm. sounds like you did the right thing. There's other chances to make the right deal.
Putting my socks on today brought a quick stab of pain. But I hope things get better over the next couple of days. As long as I don't have to twist myself like a pretzel again for a while.
Cleanup action shots ;~D
Good!
I was wondering if the carpet cleaner thingy would pull out tufts of carpet pile.
Have TheCats had a chance to check the new place out yet?
Yeah. it did pull up a lot of carpet fiber, particularly in the other rooms that are much older and/or cheaper carpet. But the carpet that's left is cleaner :~D
That's cool :~D
Hmmmm....did it leave bare spots? Guess you could always put furniture or area rugs over them.
Vey nice! Welcome to the blogosphere.
BTW... I still have some server space I can provide for ya, if you ever outgrow what Yahoo offers.
No no - nothing like bare spots... just little bit of carpet fibers in the water.
I worked for a candidate once and the slogan was "**** for Congress. A Congressman We Can Call Our Own."
We decided we lost because there were too many words on the bumper sticker.
I'm seeing a dog bed in the future for our office...
Is that Elrond?
So did he do ok with the General Anaesthesia? And trying not to be TOO nosy, but how did it go with Steve and the Dean?
Doesn't look too bad. That paneling isn't that dark. The first house we bought had dark walnut paneling in the den. When we tore it off the walls, and were down to the bare sheetrock, the place looked half again as big!
Hair & Rosie: The Newplace is looking GOOD.
