I've had two people contact me about the bed this afternoon - hopefully I *will* sell that before I leave! So there's that!

Grrr...and apparently just BECAUSE I stripped down the bed to photograph it, Tam wants to claw at it, which he's never really done before. Just had to chase him away, and now he's telling me off.
Some days he seems to be trying *hard* to come up with new ways to push my buttons.

See a coupla posts back - no calls, but a few e-mails. It's something! I dropped the price a little today, but it'd still be a helpful sum if it sold for what I'm askin'.
He's a character! It's a good thing I more often find him entertaining than exasperating.

Most definitely! Still hurts not to get nearly what I paid for things, but that always happens.
At least I didn't have much! Makes this far easier. And I'm bringing all the important stuff...kitties and instruments and books!

You and me both... he has done a lot of work, but there's still a lot left... and remember - it's gone from 3-4 months free to 2 months free if he does a lot of it, so maybe he thinks he's done. He's put a lot into it, with new lighting in every room, the floor in the bathroom is patched and he says he'll put in vinyl tile, so so far, so good.
I've taken some more pictures... of the progress... the good news is the place looks a LOT less depressing. I'll load them full size again so you can see in a minute and FRMail you the link.

I didn't take any pics inside except the bath floor and the stove. Looks like he's putting new burners in the stove.
