Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
And there are many paths to tread
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

8888888888Yes he did eat. - he really doesn't like being in time out. He started rockin' and rollin' in there.
I've never seen a cat react like this to anesthesia. He's all wobbly, but he's WIRED, and his little head is full of ideas. He's not brain-slow at all... just the opposite. He can't sit still!

I think some critters go through a freak-out period after anesthesia.
Whereas most go and sleep it off, some of them flip out because they don't have complete control of their bodies. They keep trying to shake it off and when they can't, they freak out even more.
Or maybe he's having a ~really~ bad trip off the stuff. Poor lil' dude.
Oh and what's with all the eights?

A person that knows they're under the influence of something has an explanation for why everything is all wierd...
But somebody that's never been under the influence of anything... and somebody slips them a little, say, acid without telling them... very, very bad.
Little guy has no idea why things are just all freaky all of a sudden.

Oh lordy. Wrap that rascal in a towel and stick him in the crate, fercryinoutloud.
Cover the crate so it's nice and dark. He's gotta get some sleep to shake it off.
I feel so sorry for him, even though I know it had to be done. Just can't have unaltered animals running about.

Yup. That's what I figure.
He knows ~something~ is wrong and is trying to fight it off. And Tweek is missing - no doubt adding to his mental hysteria.

Pippin has a certain level of weirdness, based on what I saw this weekend - but he's quite affectionate and sweet.
Tweek is just plain toasted in the head. :-D
