What's this about one of the Brittenbaun (sp?) twins getting arrested for forgery? He was picked to go to Hollywood, right? How will that affect the show?
Terrell Brittenum has been arreested for theft and forgery. There's an outstanding warrant for Darrell, too, apparently. The reports indicate it has something to do with using a false name (or even identity theft) to purchase a vehicle.
If it wasn't disclosed to the AI producers ahead of time, then they're probably out (unless there's been a huge misunderstanding --after all, an arrest is not a conviction).
