I think if you were able to quit cold-turkey, you weren't really addicted to them. Of course different people have different degrees of addiction and withdrwal symptoms.
I was down to less than half a pack this past summer. I'm now smoking almost a pack/day again.
Me think me gonna start doing some footing again. Maybe pick up tennis again. I love tennis, but need a partner. I think A CA Guy is also a tennis player. I'm also very good too, having played it since my early teens years.
Actually, I smoked 20 years when I decided to quit, and in addition to the cigarettes, I gave up alcohol and coffee on the same day...all three. At one time. And I now have a Gazelle Edge to help me keep the heart going right!
