I thought they were both rather complete, though I suspect KAC's are much more suitable for me. I'm slightly familiar with a lot of IT's because of the fact that my dad was a carpenter.
But a froe is not a tool name I recognize.

A froe is like a modified drawknife. It's used to split shingles, especially as from cedar rounds.
Early American woodworkers could build an entire house completely out of wood.
