That sounds like a deal. The mail carrier here is building his own home...almost 5000 sq. ft. He says he'll have "about $250,000 in sweat equity" in it. It's on eight acres, so I guess he can do what he wants. He paid $85,000 for the land a year ago, and property next to him is selling for $120,000. Same size.

Hello!
Last night I had one of those nice migraines that comes with the nice prismatic effect.
It was quite interesting actually.
Still sorta have a headache, but compared to last night it's nothing.

It was like trying to drill into a dense rock with a screwdriver.
It was annoying to quite plainly show forumpolicy on trolls, and have the troll defender repeatedly and stupidly insists on 'debating' trolls.
(Which they, of course, do not do. They CLAIM to want to debate trolls, yet they never try to 'debate' them at all. They just want to whine about the trolls getting zotted.)
