My spidey-sense is tingling about Logan's aide. He jumped to "yep, Jack did it" conclusion a little too fast.

I remember that Walt guy from last season. I didn't like him then either.

Also, Walt didn't seem too surprised to learn that Jack was alive--even though he's the one that ordered him dead, essentially.

That's the one. The bad guys are always too good to be true as we subsequently discover in subsequent episodes. "24" is one of those rare shows that somehow, seems to get better each season. The first four hours made for riveting television and the day only got started when sleeper enemy agent "Yellow Tie" uncovered the caseload of Russian nukes smuggled into this country. Oooh, muy bad!
