Yes! He is so malleable he can change his mind within seconds depending on who he is talking to and how he thinks whatever is going on will reflect on him and his presidency.

I chuckled at the looks Jack gave Logan. He can look at Logan, call his office 'sir' and call Logan a pansy all with the same look :~D
