You know... forget it. This is a silly debate. It's fiction, and entertaining fiction at that. It's intent is to be fast, suspenseful and surprising. I'm not going to let you ruin it by turning entertainment into some litmus test for your approved politics. I'm not sure your approved politics would make a real successful show for 5 very exciting seasons.

The terrorist (Habib Marwan) was a Muslim, as were his chief associates, the Araz family. The only "corporate type" in season 4 was the defense contractor, McLennan-Forster, were Marwan worked under an alias for a few years. Marwan stole the nuke plant override device from them. But they were not "behind" Marwan, he duped and used them to get what he needed to carry out his plot.
Nope, just Muslims. Why do you think CAIR was so angry? The McClellan-Forrester guys were just covering their asses when they found out Marwan was using their company in his terror operations. They had no part in it.
