In Season 3, Palmer and Keeler were in a presidential debate, which means (but was never said) that Keeler was a Republican. And so is Logan, I assume.

Are you SURE that debate wasn't in a primary? If so; that would make Keeler and Logan Democrats. I don't have any '24' seasons on DVD, but those that do could set me straight, I'm sure.

It was definitely a presidential debate in Season 3.

The only primary we saw Palmer involved in was in Season 1.

I watched them over the summer, it was a primary debate. :) Logan of course is a democrat. What else could he be? :)

The first season, the Palmer assassination was on the day of the Calif. primary election.

By the third season, Palmer was president and running for re-election. Intra-party primary debates with only two candidates are as rare as a dog who can speak. Primary debates where an incumbent president deigns to debate a challenger are like a dog who can speak Norwegian -- even rarer.

Keeler and Logan are Republicans.
