Well, the important thing is to have confidence in your doc. Recently had one, quite at random, in whom confidence was, shall we say, not an option. This chap apparently is the only person in the history of the world who had both Chicken Little and Benito Mussolini in his family tree.

Being a marginally reasonable person, I acquired a different doctor directly. Matters have worked well since.

''Ask Your Doctor'' was, unfortunately, one of my typically don't-give-up-the-day-job attempts at humour (sigh...).

BTW, speaking historically -- this may have changed, but I'm not aware of any revised stats -- the favoured method of suicide of **doctors** is and has been for years just 10mg NaNCH (sodium cyanide) push.

I think your Radio show is fun...but no one can play Jack Bauer except for the man who in real life IS Jack Bauer...George W. Bush. He tortures terrorists, taps our cell phone calls, gets in fights with other countries, works alone, and his actions are the only reason we havent been hit again since 9/11.
He might not have been the origonal idea for the character, but over the past few seasons, Jack Bauer has carried on the spirit of George W. Bush. At my house, 24, is an allegory to the war on terror. As in 24, like real life...when the chips are down, the terrorists are plotting, there is only one man you want making the decisions...George W. Bush.
