Devane was funny but the show was just truly sucky. Didn't know he had a restaurant.

Wow, what can I say about a place that nearly duplicates the bread that my Sicilian grandfather used to bake? Grazie! That's what I say. Devane's (owned by actor William Devane and his sons) is a gorgeous, romantic building. From the wrought-iron fixtures to the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, rustic elegance abounds. Yet you'll feel comfortable in jeans here. The food isn't particularly subtle, but it's hearty and really tastes like the Italian food I grew up with. There's nothing better than simple spaghetti and meatballs, simply prepared with great bread and wine. Ciao!
