Oh, sorry. I don't know. Did you send the e-mail from your computer to your phone? If your phone is normally able to receive ringtones from your service provider to your phone, then you shouldn't have a problem. We may need to get some other Freeper help here.

Your funny! I ended up calling Sprint and they are checking into it...said for some reason that site won't come through. Thanks for all of your help! I am surprised that the 24 website doesn't have a CTU phone ringtone....
Hey Sprint called me back...the reason it won't work with my phone is they said they don't support 3rd party web sites and that one not only is 3rd party but the site has been changed recently.
thanks though...I emailed Fox site and told them I could not believe they did not have a CTU ring tone!
