Henderson was firing at Jack to keep Jack pinned down so he could get away.
Can't we just impeach everyone and make Jack President??? I mean he does just about EVERYTHING anyway and he isn't leaving us anytime soon....

This is what I don't understand. He could have shot Audrey, which would have kept Jack off him. Either Hendersen really might have a heart, or he's just a sadistic piece of trash who is toying with Jack.
