Actually... there are a lot of Robocop people in this season of 24.

According to imdb.com, the guy playing VP Hal Gardner (Ray Wise) was in Robocop, but I can't place him.

Yep at the end of the movie, Ray Wise comes running around a corner and right into this guy.
