I just came from a wake, my accountant died on April 15th of all days. He's been a family friend for many years and lived a joyous life filled with God and family.
Needless to say I'm filing an extension though.

I am so sorry! Our accountant died last year, and we had to do the same thing. He was a friend of my dad's and was super nice. I think the stress of tax season got to him.
Just another reason to hate the government.
