Are we sure David Palmer is truly dead?Interesting observation that would provide a great twist for later on but I think he is most likely dead and gonna stay dead.
What's interesting is that if you look at the profiles on the 24 website they list Tony and Edgar as DECEASED but no reference to David Palmer....hmmmmmmmm?

Palmer wasn't a main character this season. They don't go back and update characters for previous seasons as dead. Look at Tony and Michelle in Season 4. Neither are listed as dead even though they both are and Tony is listed as dead in Season 5.

Is that the official site or the Blogs4Bauer? I'm not even really sure which sites are the spoiler sites and I'm trying to resist going to them by keeping myself "ignert" of them!
That would seem odd not to list him as "Deceased" since he was a victim on the premier episode for the 5th series.....
