But I do know for a fact that Joel Surnow and Robert Cochran, who created the show and now are the producers, are die-hard conservative Republicans. Also, Penny Johnson Gerald, who played Sherry Palmer, has since switched her party affiliation from Democrat to Republican and she said it is all because of the show.
Also, I haven't seen a single member of the cast coming out and saying anything negative about Bush.

WOW. That is good to hear. When I watched the seasons on DVD and they did the interviews of the actors she struck me as being conservative in family values as well. She talked about going home as soon as she could to be with her daughter and husband.
