it's not the boy toy, it's Audrey. She was on her phone as well. And if she found out jack was alive she has motive.
Hubby says there is no way that a place like CTU would allow you to have a personal cell phone...and most buildings like that would be shielded......even if you snuck in a phone you couldn't get a signal
