It'll be nice "seeing" her again but fortunately I have TIVO and can fast forward if some of her silliness gets to be more than I can bear.
Was just listening to Joel Surnow, co-producer/co-creator of 24, who was on Laura Ingraham's radio program.
Great and funny interview! Laura asked him if they need to watch how they portray certain groups, not to offend, etc., and he said they *want* to offend political correctness.
Laura is planning on going out to the set before shooting is over for the year, Joel said they will throw her a party on the set that she'll never forget.
He sent her several sets of the 4 seasons, and she sent one of the sets to Rumsfeld, his office sent her back a check to cover the cost, since they can't accept gifts.
Laura asked if there is a political slant at all to the show, he said that it's a favorite of not only Barbra Streisand and Diane Feinstein, but also Rush Limbaugh. Laura said she'll have to watch more carefully to see why the left loves it!
Joel said he'll get Kiefer on her show for an interview. That would be fun to hear.
In closing, he said he and many of his friends in Hollywood are big fans of hers.
(They must be some of the secret conservatives we hear about out there.)
Earlier in this thread, someone posted that she was coming back. I dont' know if it's accurate or not.
Hey jonny1 Didn't know if you were listening to rush today but he talked about Chloe e-mailing him and saying "I heard you thought Chloe is hot." :) I wonder what jonny thinks, hmmm?

Unfortunately, he's not a GW fan and stated so in an interview in Iceland in December. He's Canadian so didn't vote but stated he wouldn't have voted for GW. However, he loves his character, Jack. Thinks he's a standup guy. I just scratch my head and sigh.
Some of the plot is discussed in the current issue of Entertainment Weekly with Kiefer on the cover and they said that Kim is back about mis-season. She was also at the 24 kickoff party.
Well, that's okay. I've never heard him bash the president and, considering who his father and grandfather are/were, I'd call that major progress.
Yup. He was not disrespectful at all. Just said he disagreed and said no more. It was actually refreshing for a change. :)
I got hooked on 24 early last year when I spent some time in the hospital. I absolutely love this show, but I'm a nervous wreck every week by the end of the show.
I kept asking my co-workers "Do you watch 24?", but nobody had. Then when A&E was running the 24 marathons a while back, one of them finally watched it--now he's hooked, too! I made it a point to let him know that the Freepers have a 24 live thread.
I can hardly wait!

I think 24 The Game for PS 2, coming out in Feb, is going to explain that. It will tell the story between episodes 2 and 3.
