What's interesting is that if you look at the profiles on the 24 website they list Tony and Edgar as DECEASED but no reference to David Palmer....hmmmmmmmm?
Is that the official site or the Blogs4Bauer? I'm not even really sure which sites are the spoiler sites and I'm trying to resist going to them by keeping myself "ignert" of them!
That would seem odd not to list him as "Deceased" since he was a victim on the premier episode for the 5th series.....

Chloe is meeting Jack in Chicago and tells him that someone has hacked her system and accessed the faked information on Jack's autopsy.
Can Chloe be trusted enough to believe her explanation...anyone can "turn" given the right circumstances.
I'm struggling...what was the Season 5 prequel?

The Season 5 Prequel comes on the Season 4 DVD.
Basically, it takes place in Chicago. Jack is living in pretty bad conditions. He is waiting on someone and notices a person on a motorcycle watching him. Chloe arrives and they talk for a minute. She tells him that someone hacked her system and accessed all of the info on his autopsy. Chloe fears that the person who did it will figure at that Jack is alive as they were so good that Chloe couldn't trace them. Then she says "I can't believe you have to live like this" and is clearly hurting for him. They depart, Jack asks her how Kim is and Chloe says she was devastated but is better now. Jack takes the cell phone Michelle gave him at the end of Season 4 and trashes it.
As he prepares to drive off, a car comes up behind him and the chase is on. After a car chase, Jack manages to dispatch the bad guy in typical Jack style. He drives off with the guy on the motorcycle still watching him.

True, but so was Michelle. Dennis Haysbert and Reiko Aylesworth were "special guest stars" in episode 1. Carlos Bernard was listed as part of the regular cast. That is why Tony ends up on the Fox website cast listing for Season 5 and the others do not.
Also, when TPTB decided for Tony to survive the car bomb (originally both Tony & Michelle were supposed to get in and have it go BOOM) no one was sure if he would survive the day or not. Later they decided to kill him and Carlos Bernard thought it would be good for Henderson to dispatch Tony and then Tony die in Jack's arms.

Extended and Deleted Scenes with Optional Commentary by John Cassar: Season 4 Director's Cut Promo: Jack surprises Audrey in the hotel room and they begin to have sex. Ronnie roughs up suspect before joining conference room. Curtis checks up on Marianne and they butt heads. Marianne complains to Driscoll about Sarah. Marianne gets information from Sarah that she tries to pass off to Powell. Curtis catches her and tells her to call Jack. Azara gets a lead from Nabila. Alicia Coppola plays the Muslim agent. Edgar blows off Azara's lead. Alicia Coppola plays the Muslim agent. Azara and Chloe bring the lead to Michelle and Tony. Edgar apologizes to Azara. Alicia Coppola plays the Muslim agent. Original ending. Chloe tells Jack that she killed someone. Mandy's love scene. Mandy goes through Tony's wallet and talks about Michelle.
