Being discussed now: 16 yr old from Plymouth MA gunned down by police after chase (see link below). What were the cops supposed to do? He was aiming his car right at them. What's he doing up at 3:30 in the morning? "Nothing good happens between 1 and 5 am".
-- McGrath's mother Denise told CBS4's Bill Shields she wants answers.
"My son got a death sentence, what can I tell you... I want to know who killed my son for no reason at all."

Howie fans: he's back on in Burlington, VT at WVMT 620 AM. Also, I understand WEMJ AM 1490 in Laconia/Lakes Region, NH, has returned Rush and Howie to the air after an experiment with "tourist info radio"
1st Hour
In Massachusetts Police shot and killed a 16-year-old Plymouth boy who was driving a car seen leaving the scene of a possible burglary attempt early Tuesday, authorities said. The boy drove directly toward the officers with his vehicle when he was shot yet his mother says he was killed for no reason at all. Did the police do the right thing?
2nd Hour
The teen robber's Aunt said he had a lot of problems but he did not need to die like that. How much is the dead kid's family to blame for him robbing a liguor store at 3:00am and therefore his death?
At 3:20 am it was probably a burglary, not a robbery.
That's a hard way to take responsibility for ones actions, but the mother doesn't have anyone to blame but herself. A vehicle is considered a deadly weapon under those circumstances, sounds like the police had no choice.
With Howie Carr moving back to WVMT (620) in Burlington (VT)/Plattsburgh (NY)/Montreal (Great White North), Hannity has been displaced but I hear
he's being heard now on WXZO AM (960) and FM (96.7/96.3) in that area. I like both Carr and Hannity. (Channeling Howard Dean now...)
We're going to
Burlington! And Colchester! And Essex Junction! Then we're going to
St. Albans! And Montreal! And Plattsburgh! Yeeeeeeeeeargghhhh!
