What a crock. Yes, they're loud, and it makes sense to have training pipes, but please - does a kid with a drum get treated the same way? Just as load (and sometimes louder.)

Yes, because kids with drums don't set up their drum sets outdoors in their gardens.

It seems that the parents want him to play outdoors and the neighbors want him to play indoors.

My kid plays the drums once or twice a week and sometimes has a few friends over for a jam session.

They play in the garage and are loud. They are only allowed to play between the hours of noon and 7:00PM with total time 2 hours per session.

No complaints from the neighbors yet.
