I just went and read it. While the Constitution gives Congress the power (not the same thing as a right) to establish a post office. It is moot on exclusivity.

"The US Constitution reserves to the federal government the right to establish post offices and post roads." It's a RIGHT, not a MANDATE. The Constitution does not require a Post Office. Privatizing the USPS would be completely Constitutional.

I didn't see that in that "little deal."
You obviously know alot about the USPS. Do you really think the framers had that bloated behemoth in mind when they wrote that little deal?
