Quarteback out. That was a pretty cheap shot.

What the hell was that? He breaks his leg an hour after the ball is gone?

Moron sportscaster says the guy was blocked into Palmer's leg. Clearly he wasn't.

Well after the throw he rolled into Palmer's knee. NFL will prob. fine this idiot.

The refs need to take control. Pittsburgh is just getting away with murder.

yeah that hit on Palmer was just a BIT late and cheap.

But the rest of this stuff, since that play, have been Pittsburgh trying to intimidate the Bengals.

I hope Palmer isn't hurt to badly. He has a good future ahead of him. AND he is in line to win the semi-annual John Elway MOST TEETH award by a QB.

Pittsburgh has always been a cheap shot team, and they've always gotten away with it.

If the owner of the Giants and Archie didn't think that eli was Super Bowl material, then why did they do what they did to an experienced (super Bowl victorious) veteran like Warner? Would they really think "well, let's just play eli till he's ready"?

Nope; they touted him as the league MVP and they only got what they deserved, IMO.

Here's hoping that the Bengel D responds with a proper "greeting" of Benny.

Unreal. He deliberately wrapped his arm around Palmer's ankle after the ball was gone.

The sportscasters show their hand by their comments.

Actually...

If I were the Bengel coach I'd put in a couple of kamikaze plays using 2nd stringers...

Ya know, put them out there for a hit.
And let them get kicked out of the game. As long as they succeed in their "primary" objective.

Do you remember what had happened to Warner every year in the past 3 coming up to this one?

He would get a concussion, then he would be out.

Sure they were still in it, but so were the Rams the year before that and wham, he was done.

WHO touted him as a league MVP? That's just silly. You are making things up./

I would rather, and I am sure Lewis would too, that they beat them cleanly and on the scoreboard......
