The other stuff sounds, erm, non-damaging/painful/lethal. There is weird/goofy/getalife! stuff and then there is sick and twisted.

Yeah, some of was just sick. In theory it was a beach resort, and the beach was lovely. But there were probably a hundred different sex-show bars on three streets, and you'd see nasty, tubby, middle-aged men walking around with little Thai boys, buying them stuff...The drag queens were cool, though; they went all out on their costumes, and they looked like Vegas showgirls.
