OLD? lol, It's hard to realize it was 20-25 years ago. I hit 40 in about a month. Unnngh!
Yes, I guess it is old. I was not listening to 1955 songs in 1980!

That's not weird, my Wife has been watering the yard for 2 weeks, everyday. We stayed home on NYeve so our crazy firework addicted neighbors wouldn't burn down the hood. You gotta do what you gotta do!
To: Fierce Allegiance
Don't worry Fierce, I'm a few months behind you.

40!!?!?!?!?
Wait 'til you're my age, sonny! I am 43 - LOL.
I have exposed my boys to the old stuff and they LOVE Lynyrd Skynyrd. We were listening to it in the car the other day and the same thing hit me - that music is 30 years old! Ugh.

Well my hip is killing me, i have to refill my prescription and my glasses (thea I just started wearing a year ago) are hardly strong enough anymore.
My kids know most of the words to most classic rock songs. I only listen to it about 1/2 the time, but they love it.
They hate it that I know Laffy Taffy, Golddigger and all that new garbage, though!

I have to say I am holding up fairly well so far (knock on my wooden head) - dont need glasses (yet) and my body is doing well enough to still play softball, soccer, etc.
I dont know a thing about the new stuff - the (I assume) groups you mentioned are complete mysteries to me.

I am not bald, but I do have a gray patch about the size of a dime I have had since I was 18.

Age is nothing...hope you know that. My husband is 13 years older than me, and it works great for both of us.

That is the very album we were listening to! I cant tell you how many copies of that I have had over the years.
I cant explain it, but my kids just love it. My oldest plays piano and he just loves to hear their piano player's solos on theat album.

One of the few I actually bought and didn't steal from older sibs!
Not quite as classic, but I loved this one. I was racing BMX and would ride many miles at night to it
