Wow. So this checkpoint didn't actually catch any drunks at all? But it did catch lots of folks accused of other infractions?

I forget where I read that. Some fiction author, maybe...

Note that they actually caught some when they abandoned their checkpoint and went about doing what they're supposed to do.

Yes, but please remember if you actually believe that the people who wrote the constitution actually mean what they wrote. We're just so out of touch and behind the times.
