Got it. Which icon do I click on? There are 11 of them.
None of them at this point. Hold your mouse over each of the 'work' directories, write down the path to them (it'll make a little box under the pointer to tell you c:\documents and settings\user\desktop, for example).
On my computer I have three of them:
c:\documents and settings\master\desktop\work
c:\folding @ home\work
c:\program files\Mozilia Firefox Beta 1\work
The last one came from me clicking 'open' after clicking on the link to download the software and had my missing workunit in it. For me, I just copied that 'work' directory to my desktop, overwriting the one I created trying to re-start the software, which then finished out that workunit I was working on.

All the others have things like, type:ARc file. Things like that. Or B file.
