That makes it even more sleezy. This must be fun for the lefties at Stanford, they can use CPU time and meanwhile pit left against right. Lovely.

Please explain to me why we should be competing with DU and DailyKos

Obviously, you never took time to read the history of our folding team.

DU and Kos started their teams to compete with us because they had a hard time believing that "idiot Freepers" can do more good than they can. The pure fact that they started their teams to copy us is a good indication that we were doing a great thing.

As for privacy - do you think Intel, Apple, Google, HP, IBM, etc. would encourage their employees to sign up for Folding@Home if they were concerned about privacy? Seriously . . .
