clicked on the Advanced Tab and lowered the processor max to 90%. Still pinged it at 100%. Mine does respond to this setting every time. Do you have anything else running?

Interestingly enough, server tasks run just fine. (It's an old laptop being used as a print server with some file storage)
The interface is slow when I RDP into the box.
No worries though. I'm hoping to get a dualcore 64bit machine this quarter!
